How do you heat it?

Just put the pillow in a heatproof dish and place it in a conventional oven for 15 minutes at 150 C or just three minutes in a microwave gives a long lasting penetrating heat that quickly eases any point of discomfort – neck tension, backache, headache, period pains – it’ s just like a hot water bottle but without the dangers of boiling water, which makes it ideal both for children and the elderly…

Can you Freeze it?

YES..just wrap the pillow in a plastic bag to keep it dry and place it in the freezer to turn it into a perfect cold compress for sports injuries, bumps, sprains and puffy eyes.

Care instructions

Spritz the pillow with water from time to time to ensure it doesn’t get too dry, it gives out more heat when it’s slightly damp and the cherry stones won’t crack up. Don’t overheat it or it will burn just like anything else that you put into a microwave oven. For safety sake to ensure it doesn’t get overheated, always allow it to return to room temperature before reheating for 3 minutes.

Gift Wrapping Ideas - Cute little gift bags.

It’s amazing gift wrapping idea. Make these little gift bags out of newspaper. Plus, it’s a great way to recycle! Pick a good section of your paper (the comics are always fun), or use a foreign language paper for added interest, or you can use a city map. If you’re wrapping a small housewarming gift, it would be fun to use the real estate section of the paper. Here are a couple of examples I made:

And here is how they’re made.
Supplies needed:

 1. PVA glue. Gift Wrapping Ideas Cute little gift bags
 2. Newspaper. For the example bags above, I used a Japanese paper that measured (when folded) 11 1/2″ wide and 15″ tall, and the comics of my regular paper, which were folded and cut down to 11″ by 11″.

Gift Wrapping Ideas - Curlicue Bow

Use the same paper, construct “bows” for the tops, which cascade down the sides of the box. In addition to the paper, you’ll need scissors and tape. Each piece of paper is applied using a 1 1/2- to 2-inch tape roll — a piece of tape secured to itself at both ends. (Double-sided tape can be used, but tape rolls give the best results.)

Box size: 4 by 4 by 3 inches. You will need: four 10-by-1 1/4-inch strips; four 11-by-1-inch strips; four 1 1/2-by-1/2-inch strips. Trim the ends of 10-inch strips into V shape. Center two strips on top of the box, and cross over with the remaining 2 strips.

Trim one end of each 11-inch strip into V shape; curl the other end into a circle that is about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place one of these strips on the left side of one crisscrossed pair already in place. Continue placing the others in a pinwheel fashion, circles abutting in the middle. Form 1 1/2-inch strips into circles, and tape inside each of the larger circles.

Some new Gift Wrapping Ideas

Drum something up.

7cef81bba8a6282 Some new Gift Wrapping Ideas

Made from a clean candy or nut tin, this toy drum is great for keeping the lid on a special surprise–the latest Beanie Baby, for instance, or a bag of shiny new marbles–slated for a sibling or best friend.

Cover the tin with plain paper and glue the overlapping edges in place. (The height of the paper should be the same as the height of the tin. To figure the width, wrap ribbon or string around the can, measure its length and then add an inch.) Glue on pieces of ribbon or stick on pieces of colored tape to create a zigzag design around the can and borders around the top and bottom. Or you can draw on a design with colored markers. To finish it off with a bang, top the lid with painted chopsticks or colored pencils for drumsticks.

No Glue Magnets.

6131744f01cea46 Some new Gift Wrapping Ideas

This simple idea utilizes magnetized letters without any tape or glue on the front side of the package. A ruler is simply placed on the inside of the paper (found inexpensively at the dollar store where the magnets can be found also) and secured with a piece of matching paper and a few pieces of tape. This will keep your letters on, even if the package is tipped on it’s side. Plus it gives you a keepsake from a special day in addition to the gift being given.
Glitter Letters.

Using letters from chipboard (although we think cardstock would work just fine) with a coating of glitter, attached with twine, this gift looks fit for a king. Plus, any excuse to pick up fun colors of glitter is always a bonus. Spell out something short and simple or make your letters smaller for longer text. Either way, your gift is sure to be a show stopper!

Old diamanté shoe buckles and costume brooches can be added to give your gift that touch of luxury chic. Use scented drawer liners to wrap a gift or spray your paper with a subtle room fragrance.
